Description
Taxus Baccata Trough Hedge: You can keep this hedge as low as 45cm-60cm but can be made as an excess of 250cm, but both of these heights will be dense. If you choose to not trim, it is likely that it will flower and produce a red fruit in the autumn, but with regular trimming by yourself, the hedge is unlikely to do so. Please be aware these are suitable for growing wild on chalk soils, but it is not particularly fond of sitting in wet soils and can struggle in these situations, however if the drainage is good it will happily grow in soils that are almost pure chalk through to very acidic peaty soils. Being in the trough, this can easily be moved and can be used in any garden, of any size and of any style.
