The Rivington Corner Garden Building 10 x 14, crafted in the United Kingdom, is a stylish corner Syummer House that provides a high-performance garden construction, ideal for home office or additional relaxing area. The full-length glazing is comprised of 4 mm thick tempered glass and delivers ample natural light. The 28mm thick logs used to construct this structure are made from premium, slow-grown, quality approved northern European pine. High-quality mortise-and-tenon joinery and draught excluders complement the storm-resistant design of the three-opening windows and lockable double doors. The floor is 12 mm plywood, the roof is 16 mm tongue-and-groove plywood, and the roof felt is mineral-based. The floor joists have been pressure-treated for durability. The structure is delivered untreated for instant painting or staining following installation. The package includes a fixing kit, mineral roof felt, and assembly instructions. Please note that Garden Buildings are delivered as individual log boards that are constructed length by length, beginning at the floor, and not as prefabricated panels. During construction and subsequent treatment, provisions must be made for the roof overhang and for access to the exterior.
