This 21.5m² structure is meticulously crafted with fine-sawn Nordic Spruce cladding, complete with pre-assembled wall elements that incorporate wind protection plastic. The roof and floor of this timber building are constructed from 19mm tongue and groove boards, further fortified by pressure-treated foundation joists to ensure a robust foundation. The Palmako Annika is equipped with a single door that comes with a cylinder locking mechanism, providing security for your belongings when not in use. Additionally, it includes three double-glazed windows to invite abundant natural light and facilitate ventilation within the interior.
