Shire 12 x 6 Mayfield Premium Summerhouse: The 12 x 6 premium summerhouse provides a large open space to relax in all year round. The building comes in this contemporary design for a modern and stylish look, a perfect spot to entertain guests or simply an ideal place to sit back and look at the views. The 45x45mm robust framing used throughout the building ensures a solid structure upon which the tongue & groove exterior boarding is mounted. The roof & floor are also made using tongue & groove boards completing the high specification. In addition, the building is supplied with toughened glass as standard. When you receive your Mayfield, it will as standard have been dip treated in honey gold coloured base coat to help protect it during transit. We recommend that prior to assembly you treat the parts further with high quality preservative in colours of your choice. Alternatively, you may wish Shire to deliver the building already top coated ready for assembly. In addition, Shire can arrange for their experienced team of fitters to assemble the building for you. Please Note: The Mayfield is supplied flat packed for ease of handling and assembly. All fittings including the roofing felt are supplied in the cost price along with easy-to-follow illustrated assembly instructions.
